Ingredients
¼ C. Irish Whiskey
½ C. Ginger Beer
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
Slice of lime for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a copper mug or glass
- Add ice and lime garnish
Irish Coffee
It’s still pretty chilly in most parts of the U.S., making this an ideal companion for your St. Paddy’s Day! If you’re feeling a bit bold, you can always make an iced coffee version instead.
Ingredients
6 oz. Hot coffee
1 tsp. White or brown sugar
1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey

Instructions

- Strain into a lowball or Old Fashioned glass.
